Instead of the Rangers coming downtown in response to their Zords attacking the city, Jason panic-summons the Zords. So basically they make it Jason’s fault.

They do the same thing in “The Beetle Invasion”. Jason panics and the Rangers are surrounded and Green Ranger saves their butts. Much better in the uncut footage where Red Ranger actually had a plan.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-53739908146072243912020-11-25T17:31:03.397-06:002020-11-25T17:31:03.397-06:00Turns out the reason why Zedd exists has nothing t...Turns out the reason why Zedd exists has nothing to do with creativity. The true main villain in the series (Gorma Emperor XV) appeared in six episodes but they couldn't use the footage because he was always in a location with Japanese people and a throne room that wouldn't match up. What about the other villains? Well, the other main antagonists were the Gorma Triumvirate which were very Japanese people in BDSM gear.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14451627400431725002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-29791001339297235292020-10-12T12:01:43.188-05:002020-10-12T12:01:43.188-05:00NOW we know why Scorpina ran away!!!

The first time the inexperienced teens fought Rita's putties, they got thrashed and had to morph.

2. Wouldn't Bulk and Skull be confused as to why Jason and the other "dweebs" came to save them from the Putties? They could have put two and two together right there.

3. I haven't gotten to see all three parts of this mini-series...I adored MMPR as a kid, but didn't actually start watching and get into it until "Putty on the Brain." Reruns and the rare VHS at Blockbuster were my only means of watching previous episodes, as Netflix and Hulu were sadly nonexistent in 1994. I've only ever seen the last episode of The Mutiny. It'll be fun seeing how the actual episodes are in relation to my 11 year old self's imagination (and beyond, as once I was hooked, I stuck with the series through most of Turbo).audreysmagichttp://www.twitter.com/audreysmagicnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-34475969995445487892016-06-03T14:32:22.921-05:002016-06-03T14:32:22.921-05:00Squatt and Baboo actually perform a very important...Squatt and Baboo actually perform a very important function in this evil organization; they're ass kissers and potential scapegoats.GeneralNerdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04519476368317056605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-77909008410822104152016-04-11T18:08:08.477-05:002016-04-11T18:08:08.477-05:00The main problem with the Z-Putties is that every ...The main problem with the Z-Putties is that every time they get punched in the chest and aren't destroyed it drives me nuts. :) I didn't see the Mutiny in prime time, but when I first saw it my mind was blown at the crazy stuff going on.Jay Boazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13078117121038031010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-68821231821959002572015-09-08T08:50:57.979-05:002015-09-08T08:50:57.979-05:00He's not Joseph Kony, lol. He's not Joseph Kony, lol. Only said secret weakness is "Being punched squarely in the large, clearly marked weak spot in the center of their chest."

But you mention the rangers taking precautions about their secret identities. Try as I might, I've never been able to quite get my mind around why they need to bother. Your traditional superheroes do it out of some bullshit about protecting their friends and families, but I'm not sure there's been a season where the bad guys didn't know the rangers' identities from day one. Seems more like Zordon's just being a dick.Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09703211229982182936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5211974119538419891.post-67467785508138464622015-09-01T10:16:48.373-05:002015-09-01T10:16:48.373-05:00Such great memories!
